Design plan for a residence up to 2,500 square feet, including platform architecture, device recommendations, placement guidance, network considerations, a phased bill of materials, and budget ranges. Installation is not included.

Smart Home System Health Check

System-wide review of hubs, connected devices, app ownership, firmware, automations, remote access, and network dependencies. Includes prioritized findings and recommended next actions; repairs and additional labor are separate.

Connected Living Package

Network health check, smart-home platform and hub setup, commissioning of up to eight customer-supplied devices, eight basic automations, testing, and a 60-minute handoff. New wiring and physical trade work are excluded.

Whole-Home Integration Day - Up to 6 Hours

Up to six on-site hours for configuration, commissioning, testing, optimization, and documentation under a pre-approved scope. Includes one technician; hardware, parts, wiring, and licensed trade work are separate.

New Home Technology Handoff

Transfer supported accounts, establish household access, verify up to five existing connected devices, document essential controls, and train occupants. Hardware repairs, paid subscriptions, and unsupported account transfers are separate.

Short-Term Rental Smart Access Setup

Annual Smart Home Tune-Up

Up to two hours to review firmware, apps, account access, hubs, network health, device status, key automations, and backups or documentation where supported. Includes a prioritized tune-up report; repairs and parts are separate.

Priority scheduling, one 30-minute remote support session per quarter, an annual remote configuration review, and 10% off additional remote-support labor. Requires a separate 12-month service-plan agreement; on-site service is excluded.

Same-Day Priority Service Add-On

Priority scheduling for a qualifying standard-hours visit requested for the same day, subject to technician availability. Service labor and parts are billed separately.

After-Hours Service Add-On

Surcharge for an approved evening, weekend, or holiday appointment outside normal service hours, subject to availability. Service labor and parts are billed separately.

Extended Service Area Travel

Travel charge for approved locations outside IMNEXT's standard included service area. Quantity is based on billable round-trip miles beyond the included radius and confirmed before dispatch.

Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation Fee

Fee for a no-access appointment, missed appointment, or cancellation inside the notice period stated in IMNEXT's service terms. Waiver remains at IMNEXT's discretion where required by law or circumstances.
